How to feel good in your body 💋
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Picture this: You’ve just had the most perfect, steamy shower. Afterward, you slowly rub in the most heavenly body oil and slip into your favorite matching nightie and robe set (braless ofc). Now you’re dancing to Jhené Aiko, the lights are dimmed, and your favorite candle burning. You slowly dance in the mirror, feeling your smooth skin and the soft silk against your body. Slow and controlled is what to aim for.
Slow touches- In the shower wash yourself slowly & sensually. The same goes for after, moisturize your skin with your favorite oil or lotion in soft, sensual strokes. Now is time for yourself so let it be a ritual of self-love.
Gentle movements- Put on your favorite slow song and try gentle yoga, deep stretching, or my personal favorite: dancing. There’s just something magical about slowly dancing in the mirror and appreciating your body.
Fabrics and silhouettes- Nothing screams femininity to me more than silky & lacy babydolls and slips. The way they fit the body, the texture ahh it just screams soft, delicate, and divine and is an instant confidence boost, because who doesn’t feel amazing when they wear something beautiful.
Here are some other tips ♡
-Buy lingerie for yourself
-Give yourself massages (neck, shoulders, feet, etc.)
-Gentle affirmations
-Doing your makeup (heavy or not, just putting on lipgloss & mascara makes a difference)
-Wearing minimal clothes when at home
-Practicing good posture
-Speaking slower and more clearly
-Increasing your flexibility
-Getting your nails done
🌸REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE A PRINCESS🌸

The Power of a Praying Wife
Lately, I’ve been wrecked—in the best way—by what it means to be a praying wife. Not a worried wife. Not a controlling wife. Not even just a loving wife. But a praying wife. A woman who knows her greatest influence in her marriage is found on her knees.
I’ve been reading Going Higher with God in Prayer by A.W. Tozer, and it’s shaking something deep inside of me. Tozer says, “Prayer is not just the utterance of words—it is the drawing near of the soul into the presence of the Holy.” And I’m realizing that if I want to love my husband well, I need to love Jesus more.
I used to think I had to say the right words in prayer to change things. But now I know—it’s not about eloquence, it’s about proximity. James 5:16 says,
“The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
Not because we are powerful, but because we are praying to the One who is.
During my pregnancy, my prayer life felt dead. I couldn’t force it to come alive by comparing myself to others or trying harder. It was Jesus who breathed on the cold coals of my heart—and He used my miscarriage to do it. That pain brought me to my knees. And from that place, something holy began to grow.
Now, my husband and I are committed to praying 5 times a day—3 together, 2 alone. That’s what we felt led to do after reading through Daniel. And listen—this might not be what God calls everyone to do, but I really believe in this beginning season of rebuilding, it’s better to have too much prayer than not enough. You will never burn out from being in His presence.
Sisters, don’t underestimate your role. The enemy fears a praying wife. Not because she’s loud, but because she’s aligned. Because she knows that the battle for her husband, her home, her future is fought in the Spirit.
Proverbs 14:1 says,
“The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.”
I want to build mine with prayer. I want to be a woman who prays not just for protection, but for revival—in my marriage, my husband’s heart, our household, and the Church.
So if you’re a wife, or hope to be one—start now. You don’t need perfect words. You just need a surrendered heart. Ask God to teach you how to pray. He will. He longs to.
Let your prayers be fire. Let them be constant. Let them be honest. Because a praying wife is a dangerous weapon in the hands of a holy God.

Reclaiming the Word "Slut"
They used “slut” to shame us. To keep us small. To punish us for owning our desire, for saying yes too loud, or no with pride. For dressing in lace, for moaning without apology, for loving sex on our terms. They threw it like a dagger, hoping it would cut.
But here’s the thing—they fucked up. Because we picked that word up, wiped the blood off it, and turned it into a crown.
Slut means sovereign now. It means I choose my pleasure. I touch myself like I matter. I fuck like I’m holy. I walk through this world drenched in power and perfume and heat. Not for them. For me.
Slut isn’t a shame word anymore. It’s a revolution. It’s the wild woman refusing to be tamed. It’s freedom between thighs, in eyes, in truth.
So call me a slut. Say it again. Louder. And watch me smile while I rule the damn room.

I just finished watching
The deadly American Marriage
It’s a crime documentary I’m rating a SOLID 10/10
I have a few words- I’m tempted to say for ladies most especially- be on the WATCH out for the spirit of malice and envy for it can overtake and destroy you.
Be on the watch out for that spirit that disturbs you to covet your ‘neighbor’s’ property, whether it’s their lover, friend or physical item.
Pray against it.
Speak about it.
Confide in someone about how you feel. Don’t demonize yourself because we all have that spirit even to the smallest degree.
Be on the watch out of your mind and spirit.

If you have never had a lover massage your belly right before they fuck you, beloved, you are missing out. Yes massaging the ass, pussy, thighs, tiddies, etc. is all lovely, but encourage your lover to spend some time at your belly too (low back included). So much energy gets trapped in the center of the female body which stops us from having full body orgasms, the kind of orgasms that have us cummin’ so many times we start crying a lifetime of cleansing tears, the kind of orgasms that opens our bodies wider and wet up our cervixes, the kind of orgasms that travels us into the higher states of consciousness where download next steps and hidden remedies and solutions that uplevel our lives, the kind of orgasms that changes our DNA and purifies our karma, the kind of orgasms that reminds our tissues that anything is possible. Yes we will have orgasms but if our belly is blocked, the orgasms will be more like sneezes instead of life-giving floods. —India Ame’ye

˗ˏˋ ꒰ Things that DO matter ꒱ ˎˊ˗ 1. Hydration The easiest way to improve your skin and increase your energy is to drink more water. Your body will thank you! Maintaining proper hydration affects digestion, skin health, and energy levels. It's a tiny adjustment that has a big impact, particularly if you want clearer skin or more energy all day. 2. Sleep is a must. Getting enough sleep is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Prioritise your sleep because if you're always exhausted, nothing else will work. Sleep has a profound impact on one's physical and mental well-being. It supports immune function, weight control, mood regulation, and memory. Making getting enough sleep a priority can have a significant impact on your performance and mood. 3. Nutritional Balance {Food as Fuel} You can't expect to survive on nothing. Eat the right foods to fuel your body, and you'll notice a difference in your energy, mood, and productivity. Consuming complete, nutrient-dense foods has a significant effect on your mood, skin, and energy levels. Eating a balanced, healthful diet is essential to feeling your best on the inside as well as the outside. 4. Moving Your Body {Workout} Exercise is beneficial for mental clarity in addition to physical health. Exercise, whether it be yoga, a workout, or a walk, will improve your confidence, health, and mood. Frequent exercise has many advantages, including improved mood, stress reduction, better sleep, and more energy. Additionally, it fortifies your body and helps maintain a healthy weight. 5. Vitamin D & Sunshine Sunshine goes a long way! Schedule time for sunshine and fresh air because vitamin D is vital for immunity, mood, and general health. Sunlight improves mental health by lowering symptoms of anxiety and depression and raising vitamin D levels, which are linked to immune system and mood regulation. 6. Stress Management Your body and mind suffer from long-term stress. Look for coping mechanisms, such as journaling, deep breathing, or meditation. Health care is stress relief. Long-term stress is linked to a number of health issues, including mental exhaustion and high blood pressure. Using relaxation techniques to manage stress can improve general health and reduce the risk of long-term health problems. 7. Social Support and Connection Health isn't just about what you eat or how you move; it's also about who you surround yourself with. Spend time with people who support and encourage you, who fill your life with love and positivity. Having healthy social connections has been found to be associated with fewer diseases, better mental health, and greater longevity. Being around supportive others is a huge aspect of overall health. 8. Decreasing Sugar and Processed Food Small changes in what you eat can have a significant difference in how you feel. Eating less sugar and processed foods will make you feel more energetic, think more clearly, and feel your body better. Processed foods and sugar can cause blood sugar spikes, mood swings, and chronic health issues like diabetes and heart disease. Cutting them out can have a direct positive impact on your body and energy levels. 9. Self-Care Rituals for the Soul True wellness is all about taking care of your body and your spirit. Develop self-care routines that renew you—whether that's a calming bath, a good book, or a walk in nature. Investing time in self-care supports your mental and emotional health. It's a means of refilling your energy and recharging your batteries, which is required to stay energized and live your best life.
10. Less screen time
Cutting back on phone use can improve sleep by reducing blue light exposure, and it can boost mental health by reducing stress and anxiety. It also enhances focus and productivity by minimizing distractions, while fostering stronger relationships through more face-to-face interaction. It is essential to reduce screen time since it creates space for mental clarity and well-being so that you do not burn out. It also creates healthier boundaries between work and leisure, enables personal growth by creating time for exercise or hobbies, and enables mindfulness so that you can be more present daily.

I’ve always been a loud voice of young people maximizing their youths.
This is indeed the glowup / level up strategy no one is talking about because it involves ALL of you!
Squeezing the juicy life outta your youth would teach you so many things about yourself, invaluable soft skills NO ONE can pass on to you and let’s not talk about the amazing people you’d meet on this journey.
I hold your hand in this video if you’re confused on how and where to start 💕
