The festival of Rakhi is one of the largest and most significant occasions celebrated in India. This passionate festival commemorates the warm and affectionate bond between a brother and sister. My twins , my kids decided to do a run 4.2 km with me organized by #yogaholicsunited and #adidasrunning before rakhi .I had so low energy today but they not only lift me up but at same time finished the race. This is a most successful moment for 3 of us because last Rakhi this kids were still struggling with asthma and had no chance even to run mor than 200 m. Those continuous pranayama , meditation and cleansing shows the result . Just want to say with this post - "There are no secrets to success.
