How to install Intel Graphics Driver if it fails to install

When installing the Intel graphics driver, it may fail to install. The most common error notifications are:

This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software. 

The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. 

The setup program failed to install one or more device drivers.
