Decided to put my own spin on a recipe for today's breakfast! Coconut walnut banana bread! Substituted butter for coconut oil, was short one banana so I added some apple sauce, added shredded coconut, substituted most of the sugar for splenda, and a little bit of the flour with soy protein powder. It turned out delicious! However the recipe said to cook for one hour, after 45 minutes it's a little more on the dark and crispy side than it should have been....but it adds a nice crunch! #yum #breakfast #bananabread #nuts #coconut #baking #homemade #nofilter #housewife #marriedlife
