hi guys. Its been awhile since Ive been on here

a lot of things happened. long story short, I went to a festival a couple of weeks ago and something happened which triggered me to have a major panic attack. thankfully my friend was there and helped me out, along with a group of medical professionals. since then its just been a roller coaster of healing and relapsing, then back to healing, etc.

honestly I havent felt like going back on here since then, which is kind of a big change for me bc ive been on here since I was 15. for about 8 years, I have never NOT felt like spending my time on here. i think this has been the longest I haven’t used this app lol

having said that, I don’t think Ill be using this anymore. I have found ways and am finding ways to deal with my mind outside of this site. maybe I’ll stop by once in awhile to read and like things. but all in all, I have no desire to blog anymore. before i leave though, I just want to let you guys know:

thank you so much for everything. thank you for being there when I needed someone. thank you for the company. thank you for the kind words. thank you for sharing your stories with me
