Got an extremely cool commission request from @ikrutt (who is a fabulous artist btw) & was happy to draw this scene of Oedipus and the Sphinx peacefully enjoying each other’s company! They are seen here playing petteia while waiting out the rain.

The music Francesca is playing is either Amazing Grace arranged for bagpipes or Ave Maria sung by Andrea Bocelli. I briefly included Mike in the background doing a gun salute but I came to my senses and realized that no amount of money or coercion could persuade Mike to indulge this.

Sometimes I see folks say they can’t forgive Jimmy/Saul for what happened but I would like to believe Howard found a sort of peace. 🙂

I very much liked the headcanon I read on twitter that Jimmy (James?) would persuade Kim to sneak in nail polish with her sometimes so he could do her nails again. 🥹
