I can't help it: I love making this salad. Every time comes out better. Making my own food is so therapeutic I catch myself smiling and having positive thoughts, feeling peace of mind and a sense of accomplishment... Dancing is a different thing, just as happy but more empowering, energetic and jolting. If you are not spending time in your kitchen making your own food, give it a try, you may sick at the beginning but you'll get better at it. My attempt to recreate the beet arugula salad from Bon Vivant came out waaaaay better than the original. Try it at home guys w the extras I added.
