Sunday reset ༄*ੈ✩
A Sunday is arguably the most important day of the week. Having a proper Sunday reset routine can shape your week and how you decide it will play out; And really, it's always important to have a calm, productive day.
Wash your face and brush your teeth. Honestly the best way to start any morning.
Get dressed in a cute, comfy outfit. Maybe even some cute pyjamas.
Make a nutritious breakfast, unless you want to feel tired and unmotivated by 12pm.
Finish up any homework you have been putting off. Even if it's not due for a month, always better to finish early so you aren't panicking later.
Turn on some non-lyrical music and read for a bit. Maybe have a candle lit and some tea by your side.
Tidy up your room. Cleaning your room weekly can help you feel cleaner and more organized, which helps me feel productive.
Go for a walk outside. Spending time in nature is necessary!
Plan your outfit for tomorrow, including accessories.
Have a cold shower or a warm, candlelit bath. I know cold showers are hard but its so healthy and good to get used to.
Watch a 2000s movie in bed and relax with a nice dinner. Maybe texting some friends or scrolling through pinterest.
Wash your face and brush your teeth. Do this eight hours before the time you want to wake up in the morning to get a good amount of sleep.
Read for 15-30 minutes before going to bed to relax your mind.
