Confession: I’ve been writing a lot for the last few weeks, and have been spectacularly delinquent with my fitness regimen at the gym. So, instead, I’ve gone for long, meditative walks around my neighborhood, or in the nearby park. Even though it’s much lower impact, I’m still moving, circulating blood, lubricating my joints, and still feeling alert and energized!Sometimes every area of life can’t be at level 10. When one takes precedence over the others, it’s always better to just MOVE , rather than to sit and do nothing at all! Hoping to get back in the gym today. I already paid for my training session, so I’ll kinda have to!
