I had a rooster once, named Midnight.
The little guy was like, half the size of my chickens. This design reminds me of him bc he was born a female chick. Then he trans'd his gender.
Sadly, scientists say that this phenomenon of chickens trans'ing their gender isn't actually making female chickens into male bc their DNA is the same. Like duh???
Transitioning isn't about altering your DNA into being genetically the other gender.
I'm not trans, so lmk if I'm being dumb or something, but like, I feel like scientists should just admit that the chickens do be trans sometimes.
