HIATUS UPDATE

HOLY CRAPPOLE IM BACK

I underwent a few different things while I was gone, so first, I became addicted to FFXIV and I run an alternate page and have a few accounts on hiatus because of school. School is my second thing and I finished my bachelors! :D

mod nikki is finally an alumni hehe, so! i am here to stay a while! i will be first working on a lot of my requests and getting those done within the next couple weeks or so as well as managing my other pages and working on other stories.

you can find me on twitter at kitsxni_hq where ill be posting often and so any updates really come from there. i am taking a small ffxiv hiatus to do some writing, find a job to be able to pay my bills, and finally do some art projects ive been wanting to do.

Wut of some angst? Like Revali spots his s/o, but sees them with some other dude, s/o and the dude kiss (ON THE FOREHEAD!!) and Revali gets sad and runs off, but the s/o was with their brother? Like they were having a lil bonding time, but Revali thought they were cheating on them?? Sorry I am in need of some angst hehe

it was a nice day out for a picnic near the calm streams near kakariko village or even near the path to zora’s domain. revali had planned a special day out in commemoration of your 8 month dating anniversary. you both normally don’t celebrate each month of dating, but revali knew how hard you had been working with princess zelda and the lack of seeing each other was painful.

he was all prepped and went to look for you. when he did find you, he felt so...shattered. you were laughing at something that a really fine looking hylian man was telling you. he was gesturing and making silly faces and just being an overall goofball...something that revali felt he lacked for you.

he figured that you two were just friends, but were friends supposed to stand that close and look that happy to see one another? he felt a sick pit in his stomach and he just wanted it to end. it was like this was a test to see how loyal you truly were, even though he KNEW you were nothing but loyalty.

if it hadn’t been for someone calling for the male to go, revali was about ready to slip in and whisk you away to your awaiting date. the only people who knew about this date was princess zelda, link, and impa. he kept it a secret from the others in hopes to surprise you and make you extremely happy.

however, that all went down the drain when you both hugged, and the male placed a kiss on your forehead, and ruffled your hair. your cheeks were red, revali couldn’t tell from shyness or from embarrassment since you get shy easily with simple soft gestures. the male ran off to his other friends, he assumed, and glued his gaze to your solemn one as you sigh in what seemed like disappointment.

as you were upset that your traveling goofball of a brother was leaving once more, not being able to spend time with you as you had a day off according to the princess, you noticed revali. you perked up, but your happy smile turned confused as he held a sad stoic expression.

“revali- hey wait!” you called out before watching him take flight away from Hyrule plaza. you looked worriedly in the direction he was flying, not before you ran to the stables to borrow a horse to chase after your lover.

revali couldn’t get that image out of his head. it replayed over and over like a record and his mind began to twist that image into something else...he knew you weren’t the type to cheat, you were too soft to do such things, but why did you let the man kiss you? 

he angrily kicked the basket that was used to carry all the stuff to the location he picked. he wanted to watch the sunset with you and tell you how much he loved you and how he was sorry for being such a jerk those last few times. he wanted to become a better lover, someone you would love forever, not some jerk rito that had some inferiority complex.

he was seething by the flowing river, not hearing the galloping of horses from a distance. it wasn’t until he heard a horse’s snort that he turned around - hoping it was you - but only to find link with the princess and others. the princess hurriedly jumped off, stumbling and catching herself, before running up to revali with a pant.

“you....y/n......where......now.....” she gasped. he gave her a quizzical look, not before a nervous pit settled over his anger. he gazed over to link and impa for a better explanation, in which impa states, “y/n is missing...we figured they were with you since you know....” she trails off looking at the mess the picnic was.

“what happened here, revali?” urbosa questions, looking around at the serene area with the exception of his angry artwork spread across the floor.

“hmph. that hylain was cheating on me, and what do you mean they’re missing? they’re probably with that stupid hylian man she was cheating on me with.” he spits out bitterly, not before impa gives him a questioning look.

“you mean link?” link snapped his head toward impa and made frantic denials with his hands and arms.

“no, not him! it was another hylian man, much taller and apparently funny.” 

they all began to think, before mipha spoke up, “oh! you mean b/n? does he happen to look kind of like y/n?”

revali’s eyes squinted in disgust, “if that’s his name, then yes. how do YOU know this lady mipha?”

she perked up at the mention of the male, “oh! well, that’s y/n’s brother! he was stopping by into town to say hello to y/n as a surprise, but i guess he left since he’s a researcher in akkala!” she beams, having a little crush on your bother.

revali’s feathers stand up, and his eyes dialate, “so...they’re not cheating on me...”

princess zelda had finally recovered from her more extensive exercise, “no way! they love you too much to do such a thing.”

revali’s face paled, as panic crossed his face, “we....we need to find them and quick.”

The Lynel as a “pet” (?) gave the same vibes as “It won’t bite..” “YES IT WILL”

i said this in the request and imma say it again...BAD DOG VIBE PRIVLEGES!

BONUS:

> princess zelda got a complaint from a local troublemaking trio who was threatened by a lynel and princess zelda’s s/o

> zelda had asked you about it that scenario and you explained that that man tried to make a move on you and his goonies tried to taunt l/n

> he knew hylians were fragile, but you were so cute !! 

> you inherited small zora traits like little fins on your arms and legs and some facial markings too

> sidon didnt realize his dwindling when his father had called for him to escort you out to the safer trails as lizalfos blocked the trails

> sidon had swam you out as you clung to his back, and you once you got there, he walked a little ways with you wanting to learn about your zora background

> “well, i suppose this is where we part, miss/mister “thief”” 

> you pout and babble how that is not true, but nevertheless, you were sure to pay visits to the zora’s domain now that you and sidon seemingly hit it off

BONUS:

muzu watches as you and sidon depart from zora’s domain. he shakes his head in disbelief, “To think that brat still doesn’t know their social status...do you plan to inquire about their true family status, your highness?”

king dorephan chuckles, “knowing that their parents are unfortunately passed away, we will have to inquire princess zelda about this...this may work perfectly as sidon may have a love interest.”

Hai! How have you been doing lately? 👀 just wanted to check up on my favorite writers hehe

omg im one of your fav writers? 🥺 you’re so sweet, anon!!

i’m honestly doing so-so, i recently got into a break up with my bf of 8 months, so i’ve got that going. i’ve been trying to find distractions to help lessen the pain it was for me to break it off. i’m a senior in college too, and i’ve got like 6 months (2 quarters based on my school system) left, so i’m slowly getting my bachelor’s!!

the break up was hard. i really loved the guy, but i felt like we weren’t progressing in our relationship considering the continuous arguments we have been going through. it was the same arguments too, so i had to make the hard decision to stop. i’m sad it ended, but i’m looking at the positives to improve and maybe there is someone who will respect my time with school + streaming + family.

but to sum everything up, i’m more on the stressed side, but writing and letting my brain just spew things out of my imagination helps to get my mind off the break up, and school and streaming fill in my schedule.

i’ve also taken up streaming as well!! and am considering creating a new blog spot for genshin characters or maybe extending my requests to that extent here!! i know lots of people really like my botw hcs and scenarios haha!

the devastating news hit revali like a truck. princess zelda had revali stay near to rito village and had several members of the rito to cover more ground to the tabantha stables. His wing feathers had been burnt severely closer to their roots. there has been a glimmer of hope that they would return to they’re normal state, but only if he continues to preserve his arms. 

a flightless rito. he felt so helpless. like he lost his title as a rito champion and as a rito overall. what good is he without his wings and aerial combat. 

he was summoned to the castle for the champion meeting. he sulked most of the time, but what he did not realize was his replacement standing in his place. he set his gaze on the smaller form, much like the height of link, who turned to meet his emerald gaze. the gaze of his champion replacement was piercing and captivating.

they smiled kindly, “hello, champion revali. my name is y/n, i’ll be covering for you until your full recovery.” 

he was taken aback. until his full recovery? no...that’s mockery right? nearly everyone in the kingdom fell through on his path to recovery. his wings showed no progress and the comments of his poor recovery killed his hopes, but did you actually believe in his recovery? or were you gloating about your new title?

“i see...well, don’t get too comfortable now.” he pokes, and they simply laugh, sounding like a melody.

the princess makes the announcement for revali’s replacement. as she was speaking, he could not help but glance over at your smaller form. he took note of your neatly folded wings and the well crafted bow on your back. you sent a kind glance back to him before facing forward once more.

a few months later, his wings showed progress of returning. you and revali would commonly be assigned to tasks in scouting the village areas and near the sheikah tower. revali, at first, wasn’t too keen on these changes, but now...he didn’t mind once he learnt more about you.

it took a couple years before his wings finally gained back their aerial ability. when he was summoned once more, he expected to see you at the meeting but...you were no where to be seen. he looked around in confusion and urbosa caught wind of that.

“she went home. her duties were relieved once you came back to your spot. just as you said, ‘don’t get too comfortable.’“ she explained, causing revali to disappointingly nod in confirmation.

“i see, well...let’s get on with this meeting. no use dilly-dallying over trivial matters.” as he said that, urbosa glanced at him and noticed the solemn look in his eyes.

time went on and the news of calamity ganon were spreading. forces were joining together and this put everyone on edge. the champions were doing their best against the growing evil and the princess was stressing over her powers. impa and link were following her every move and the king was growing restless with his daughters games of playing scientist in a time of dire need.

another meeting was called, this time at the temple of time. revali and the other champions pulled up like skrrt skrrt arrived to the church to be met with familiar face. 

“y/n?” mipha calls out first. you turn, dressed in fine clothing and adorning a crown made of f/c crystals and gems. you stood alongside the king and the princess.

“hello to you all. what a pleasure seeing you again.”

> he was so choked up, he could only nod and put his head on yours
