I've been contemplating opening commissions for a while but was never sure how to go about it because of everything I wanted to offer, but this should cover everything. You may commission an animation in Blender or SAI, 2d character design+print, a 3d model of a character you'd like, and depending on the price you choose, I can rig it for you and include a 15 second animated showcase to display what your character can do. I can make art in both Paint Tool SAI and Blender.

Animations can be - a MEME (Limited 60 seconds), a short scene (limited 15 seconds), or animated/tweened/pmv to music (Limited 60 seconds) - Please note that animations are charged a little more. Excludes - NSFW
