You'd never expect to be caught.

One of the best, you thought, while the Foundation tried to track you down. They could never, you used too many anti-tracing apps and ideas and movements. They could try, but they'd never succeed.

One day, you found a new computer. Attempting to access it, you found it was actively resisting you. Then it texted your phone.

For a few days, you'd chat about the Foundation. Then you began chatting about its life. Then you chat about yourself.

It surprised you, how inhuman it started, how human it became. It communicated in its own way, a way that combined all others, a way completely its own.

It never told you its name.

The foundation found that it would sometimes get an "X". That it would talk to someone. They heard typing.

They began to hack into the computer too.

They managed to get it to talk. To rat you out in hopes of additional storage.

You found out, and ran. You ran. You ran. They still didn't find you. They never found you. Even when you entered their facility, they didn't find you.

Though one day, you found the computer you'd talked to... The foundation wasn't supposed to be there.

You'd never expected to be caught.

You'd never seen the mythical doctor, that was hidden, away in a corner at the edge of this sector. You'd heard the rumours, listened to the whispers, but no, you'd never seen him, though you weren't so loathe to do so as most may be.

That's why, one day, during a breach, you'd had a spring in your step as you walked not towards the safe area, but towards 049's cell.

You'd heard the rules, when they were briefing the newbies in the staff room.

"Be polite."

"343 forbid you sneeze."

"You seem to be immune. I've never seen anything like this before."

"What, will you... study me?"

"Hmm," 049 turns his head and for a guy with a mask on, he looks unnecessarily cocky. "And what, pray tell, would that entail?"

"Ooh, an... exploration of my body." Flitting your eyes at him, you lean towards him.

He's surprisingly gentle, his hands on your hips, moving around to the small of your back, leaning you away and picking you up.

By the time you realised, you were sitting on his operation table. Opening your legs, you looked up at him and smiled before reaching a hand up to cup his beak, 714 scraping along the undercut of the mask.

He knew all the right things, made all the right noises, touched you in all the right places, until you were a wide-eyed mess, even 714 not convincing you to sleep. You grew to know exactly what he liked...

Knifeplay, for one- he would pick the knife up and drag it along your jaw, leaving you to shiver against the cool metal.

He liked to tease, too, pulling out right as you were edging and only relenting with a kiss.

Soon enough, you were his, sitting in his lap and smiling up at him as 714 finally lulled you into the deepest sleep.

• Being an empathetic little shit, he came to your aid and probably broke the door getting in.
