Now it is I that truly closed the door between us.

The lack of thinking, the improper way of handling it all.

The desperate screaming for you that pushed you away.

You won’t wait no more.

Resentment stronger than anything at all.

And I know if you talk about me again, your words will be filled with venom and I would understand.

At least I hope through all this you will grow.

At least I hope you will be happy.

And while I wrote poetry about her, about our love, she told her friends how horrible I was

I see you wherever I go

or rather I wish to see you..

I wish for you to turn up at my door and tell me you are sorry for leaving and you are sorry for making me feel like I am undeserving of love

But that won’t happen
