A mutual of mine on ig shared some ideas with me about how the Fell brothers would work well as the Shinazugawa brothers from Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon slayer).
My mutual have me permission to draw his ideas and I added some of my own too.
It’s Christmas, Merry Christmas everyone, hope everyone gets to spend it well. 🙂
I think it’s fun to have Papyrus still believe in Santa Claus but hear me out.
Instead, he most definitely knows it’s Sans but at this point they’ve made it into a game of, don’t get caught while Paps seeks. How to play?
First of all Sans-ta can’t teleport, that’s cheating. The objective is to put all the presents under the Christmas tree before Christmas Day (aka 12 midnight) without getting caught.
Sans-ta starts outside, being allowed to sneak into the house whenever he wants but once he has, he must stay inside. Papyrus on the other hand has to start in his bed, leaving his room once he thinks Sans-ta is in the house.
There are cookies and milk that are left out for Sans-ta. If he manages to eat a cookie, Papyrus has to go back upstairs for 15 seconds. Sans-ta isn’t allowed to eat anymore cookies while Papyrus is absent. This forces Papyrus to not only look for Sans-ta but to keep an eye on the cookies.
It’s a game that started out of nowhere but they both have fun every Christmas Eve.
I don't know if my ask ever got to you but what do you use to animate? At least the animatics. They look so cool it makes me want to make one myself
Oh! Sorry I don’t usually check my asks. As for your question. I had used three different ways to do my animatics.
First was FlipaClip which was used for “Stir and Mix” and an early rough draft of “Peg + Cat” that I didn’t show.
Second was using both Procreate and Capcut. I really like my brushes in Procreate so I decided to draw every individual frame on there and then move it to Captcut to edit it together. But this took longer so I quickly got tired of it. I made both “The Recruit” and “Fish Inside a Birdcage” like this.
The last one and favorite so far is an app called ToonSquid an animation program, which you do have to pay for, but it’s only a one time pay of $10. So I think it’s worth it. I used this app for my newer animatics, from “Peg + Cat” all the way to the end of the video, last one being “The Clouds and the Ghost”.
Hope this answers your question! 😊 (Or rather I think it answers way more than what you asked, sorry for rambling 😅)
Relax y’all, you guys liked that last post a lil too much (I’m kidding, I really appreciate it thank you everyone)
Anyway here’s a new post. So I have way too many ideas for a new animatic, and problem is I can never finish it. If I ever do, it’s a damn miracle 💀
But yeah here’s a video on all the unfinished WIPs I have. If yall asked for them to be completed I might go a head and go back to finish them. But no promises :P
