Is anyone else seeing what I’m seeing in the Olympics opening ceremony right now, the kids holding the plants are Asian or Caucasian when athletes from African countries parade, Caucasian when they’re Asian and African, and African when they’re Caucasian or Asian. The dancers were wearing rainbow flags on their shoulders, there were short clips of environmental issues and a small forest is going to be planted after all of this. This opening ceremony is honestly really important, I can’t even form proper thoughts right now as to how blown away and moved I am.

I’m absolutely in love with the fact that the Olympic Games has a refugee team. it gives those who lost absolutely everything and have no country to claim some sort of victory within themselves, cause they had no other choice but to flee from their home. and with this team it unites them and shows that we are always humans at the end of the day.

I took these photo at El Paseo Los Próceres, an historic Venezuelan monument, The monument is located in Caracas, Venezuela, which was built during 50's, and inaugurated in 1956. This monument memorializes the people who participated during Venezuela's Independence, and they are: Simón Bolívar, Antonio José de Sucre, Rafael Urdaneta, Santiago Mariño, Francisco de Miranda, José Antonio Páez, Manuel Piar, José Felix Ribas, Luis Brión, Juan Bautista Arismendi and José Francisco Bermúdez. Also, because the big size of the streets and avenues, people usually use this place for walking, running, taking walks, skating and doing sports.

El Paseo Los Próceres is a good place for exercising, taking a rest and learning a little about Venezuela’s history.
