Sea salt, whole cloves, black pepper and her corns
Turmeric, cinnamon stick, cinnamon ground, allspice
A gash of ginger...
Grind it fine and shake it, mix with pine oil. No heat.
Where is this coming from?

Do we meet the same people again and again? Or are we all connected through particles that used to be together? Are we meant to collide again and again until we are one?

Past life recollection could be attributed to atomic memory. In other words, the individual particles that make up everything can potentially "remember" everything they've been a part of before.
"Heaven" could be a memory of when we were but clouds of space dust floating in the vast nothingness of the universe. "God" would simply be the next biggest thing after us, observing us, calculating us.
We are drawn to those we collide with again and again, drawn by the gravity of our particles pulling together. Sometimes the collision is an expression of love, binding in love. Sometimes the collision is an expression of hatred, binding through war. No matter what, collision is inevitable.

You can indeed be the voice in your own head, your own inner child, your own guardian angel, simply by tuning your body to the right frequency.
You can heal inner child wounds by tuning yourself to your childhood and literally telling that child what they need to hear.
You can be your own hindsight by tuning your body to the future and prevent incidents with "instinct."
If all time happens at once and all parallels are simultaneous, then you are all of you at once.
Simply tune in.
Tune in.
