Little Rant 1.

This might be a dumb thing to complain about but I hate how it’s so hard to find cute fan fiction for Shalnark.

Everything I’ve seen is yandere. And don’t get me wrong, I love some yandere content but I want some cute fluff for Shalnark. But no. Everything is either nsfw or yandere.

Why can’t I just have some cute Shalnark and have it fluffy and adorable 😭😭😭. Which is not to say that I don’t like the writing of the authors who make yandere content but I still absolutely want cute fluff.

Rise of the Guardians.

Some of the first fan fiction I’d ever read came from this movie. I had accidentally stumbled across it one night on fanfiction.net.

SFW only. I will only write this upon request. I am currently not active in the fandom but I occasionally go back and “check in”. I go back for nostalgia sake. SFW only because most of the characters are children and Bunny is on thin ice for if he’s human or animal for me.

I used to be in this fandom but have tried to distance myself when the author was exposed. When I was young and first writing fanfiction I had a Draco story (pre Dracotok, this was also before musically if I remember correctly).

I know I said it’s closed but feel free to request anyways, I feel particularly inspired by an idea I may do it.

This is going to sound ridiculous but if you are going to make a request for this please have canon characters only.

While I understand separating the art from the artist, or making the content your own, I still feel uncomfortable doing it.

I used to enjoy the show but I stopped watching mid second season.

I do this to a lot of shows: Riverdale, Titans, House. The second their is conflict im not on bored with or I get slightly bored I’ll drop the show.

I’ll probably eventually rewatch it and finish it but for now I’m not really in the fandom.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians

I just finished rewatching the series and I’ve been in this fandom since I was 12 or so. If you’ll notice I didn’t include the movies because I didn’t enjoy them and would prefer to pretend they didn’t exist.

I have nothing against the actors and think they did a great job for what they were given but I did not like the adaptations and changes they chose to make.

I currently don’t make anything for the fandom because I just haven’t found the motivation but I occasionally go and seek fan content out.

I LOVE SHALNARK!! Feitan is a close second. So I haven’t watched the whole thing I stopped after the greed island art because I heard the chimera ant arc is hard to get through. I’m trying to build myself up to watch it but occasionally go back and only watch phantom troupe scene and skip ahead to them so I can watch Shalnark.

I unfortunately seem to always have a preference for the antagonists rather than the protagonist.

Shalnark Headcanons

-> Considering he grew up in Meteor City, which please correct me if I’m wrong, is in a desert, he never learnt how to swim. That is until he thought it would be a smart idea and got swimming lessons.

-> I’ve seen many people say he’s the least empathetic troupe member, I think he would mimic what he has seen people do in media but doesn’t know how to actually express his affection for others, if he has any or is pretending to manipulate his target.

-> Being a manipulator, he thinks gaslighting is funny. Hell do it for small things like “no, you never owned a sweater like that.” Only for the sweater to be found a week later.

-> If he is loosing a game, or thinks he is going to loose he’ll try and end it early or restart it without explicitly saying so, so he doesn’t lose. He is such a sore loser.
