Hii! I've been attempting to shift for a while but I always get so bored yk? Do you have any advice for not getting burnt out when it comes to shifting?
My big piece of advice. Don’t feel bad about not wanting to shift. If you feel burnt out, respect that. It’s okay to take breaks.
My second piece of advice is to connect to your dr outside of try to shift or scripting.
Write short stories. If your dr is based on a piece of media read fanfic, watch / read the media in question. Make art work about your dr. Try channeling from your dr if that’s your vibe.
And if you are still bored after that, change your dr. Your dr can be anything you like. Like. Anything.
But, my name one piece of advice is to take breaks if you feel like it. I take breaks all the time, being burnt out is normal and okay.
