Dreams are often overlooked in the shifting community, and I’d like to share my perspective on this.
Why do you feel upset when you only dream about your desired reality instead of actually shifting? I understand it can be disappointing, especially when you’ve put in the effort and energy to shift, but we shouldn't dismiss dreams in this process.
When you use dream methods, you're essentially training your subconscious to remember your goal of shifting. If you're dreaming about your desired reality, it’s a sign that your subconscious is engaged and actively working towards that goal. It indicates that your mind is becoming familiar with the concept of shifting, and through these dreams, your desired reality can start to feel more natural and attainable.
Moreover, dreams can serve as a bridge to deeper understanding and connection with your desired reality. They allow you to explore the scenarios, emotions, and characters within your desired world, which can enhance your overall experience when you do achieve a successful shift. Instead of viewing dreams as mere distractions or failures, consider them as valuable practice sessions, where your mind is rehearsing the experiences you long for.
A common issue among many shifters is that they tend to place their desired reality on a pedestal, which can create unnecessary pressure. This mindset can lead to frustration and feelings of inadequacy when things don’t go as planned. I don’t mean to generalize, but I believe many can relate to this. Embracing your dreams as part of the shifting journey can be a valuable step in the process.

So the next time you find yourself feeling discouraged about dreaming instead of shifting, take a moment to reflect on the significance of those dreams and the role they play in your journey. They are not just fleeting images ; they are a testament to your commitment and the groundwork for the experiences you wish to create.

Dear shifters:
Calling people lazy is not harsh motivation
Calling people stupid is not "harsh" motivation
Saying they're not trying hard enough is not "harsh" motivation
Saying it's their fault is not "harsh" motivation
Bringing down other beliefs/ religions to "motivate" is NOT HARSH MOTIVATION
I'm tired of those "harsh motivation" post when it's y'all just talking sht, You're not helping, you're making people feel worse.
Everybody already has their own mind to deal with, you don't know how hard it is for them already, everything you're saying as "harsh motivation" they say to themselves everyday in the mirror, you're not helping, you don't look "cool", so shh.
Stop acting like you're superior or better because you shifted before someone that is struggling, you're not in a higher level, in fact you would be in a lower one because you believing that makes you very ignorant

So I might delete this because it isn't well thought out but I might have a theory why some people aren't waking up in their intended reality despite their intention being strong enough.
I think the reason why is not inherently because the intention to wake up in X reality is not strong enough, but because you might associate going to sleep and sleep itself with waking up here, or to be more precise, waking up where you fell asleep.
So I think It would be useful if you started associating sleep itself with shifting. You do not wake up in your DR, you shift while sleeping because sleep ITSELF makes you shift. So from now on, everytime you fall asleep, you just shift, no matter if its at night, or a nap. Just sleeping is making you shift.
So its like... You shift as soon as you fall asleep. Its obvious you'll wake up there because you already shifted the second you fell asleep.

I tried the Raven Method yesterday and I didn’t shift, but I woke up this morning and felt so much closer to my DR!
So even if you don’t shift, you get closer to shifting every time you try to shift!

Realised that visualisation is what will get me to shift the other day - I get really strong symptoms when I visualise - so that is what I will continue to do
I was also thinking of keeping a bullet journal for shifting, but I'm not sure if I want to chronical my unsuccessful attempts :/

I'm genuinely so fed up of seeing the shifttok discourse on tumblr - yes it's important to correct misinformation but also, if we fill up shifting tags WITH the complaints of shiftokers coming over here, then where can we find the correct information???
Isn't it just better to post the correct shifting information rather than 'shiftokers are so bad'??? And explain why certain concepts are wrong???
