My trip this past weekend was absolutely amazing! So stoked for what the future holds 💜 but on a fitness update: I’ll be back to my regular training this week! I’ll be driving back to my home base tomorrow and I’ll start my grind Thursday 💪 so I should have some new posts by then!

Day 13 of starting over in my fitness and contortion training after over a year off 😮
This was my last training sesh before I travel for the next week and a half! But I’ve been progressing so much in a short amount of time that I really want to try to travel and train! Making it a priority 💪 I hope I can keep up with it while I’m on the road! But this weekend I’ll be at a camping event so it’ll have to wait till next week 👀

My ChatGPT workout 🍑
I get overwhelmed trying to figure out a perfect routine for myself, so I asked ChatGPT! And after hours of fine tuning, here is day one! (I have 2 days a week of lower body workouts)
Warm Up: (VERY IMPORTANT- DONT SKIP)
Glutes Bridges- 2 x 15
Banded Lateral Walks - 2 x 10 (each direction)
Bodyweight Squats - 2 x 15
Workout:
Barbell Hipthrusts - 4 x 8-10
RDL - 4 x 10-12
Single Leg RDL - 3 x 10-12 (per leg)
Cable Kickbacks - 3 x 15 (each leg)
Glute Hyperextension - 3 x 15
Don’t forget to do a lower body cool down afterwards as well! Just as important as the warm up 🍑
