In light of my return to this blog, does anyone have any recommendations for books on mirror scrying? I received a scrying mirror as a gift for my birthday a while ago and have been really attached to it and would love to include it in my divination practice. That being said, I'd really like to understand the origins of mirror scrying specifically and get a feel for what the practice is like.

I’m still very much in the process of self discovery and figuring out my kintypes but I think I have a raven kintype! I’m kinda surprised I hadn’t figured it out sooner but here we are! It seem like my friends knew about it before I did LMFAO

Just a quick reminder, it’s fine to not believe in someone else’s religion. Everybody has different opinions, and everybody has different ideas of what the afterlife looks like, or if there even is one. But invalidating people’s religious and/or spiritual experiences by inserting your own beliefs into their situation is not okay. If you believe in Jesus but somebody tells you that they had a religious experience with Thor, then they had a religious experience with Thor. Who the fuck are you too insert your beliefs into their life by trying to “correct” them and saying something like “No that wasn’t Thor, that was actually Jesus.” Like shut the fuck up please and thank you. That goes for EVERYBODY. Just because somebody’s beliefs are not the same as yours does not give you permission to call their ideas “wrong.” It’s fine to say that their experience reminds you of a religious experience you had with another deity. But again, that should not invalidate their own experiences. Full stop.

Goat and deer therians please help

I’ve been seriously questioning a second theriotype recently and I think it might be a goat or a deer (I think it’s probably more likely a goat though.) If you are a goat or a deer therian, what were some tell tale signs that helped you realize who you are? I think working this out would be a lot easier if I sorta knew what to look for. Thanks!

I had my first group howl with my friends (one dog therian, two non-therians who are very sweet and supportive and think it’s all really cool) tonight on therianthropy day and WOW. I haven’t felt that level of primal catharsis in a LONG time. Just the thrill of letting loose in the woods felt amazing, and to experience it with my best friends made it 10,000x better. I think I really needed that howl, thank you my friends. I love y’all so much 💖💖💖

Like how about we don’t bully therians, because bullying people is a terrible thing to do anyways??? Doesn’t matter how old or young you may be, nobody likes to pretend to tolerate bullying. Fuck bullying ANYBODY. Let’s just not do that shit at all. 

Can we please stop saying we shouldn’t bully therians because the communities are “mostly children”
