last week i was talking to somebody about jellyfish. they were saying they wondered if jellyfish could still sting when they were dead and i started pretty much talking all about nematocysts and how they work, generally enjoying myself and infodumping

they were like "oh damn that's cool"

i was like "yeah they're super cool, i love jellyfish :) and other cnidarians of course" and then the person kind of looked me up and down

and this is what i looked like at the time. don't mind my terrible art skills ok i drew this with my mouse and have not done a drawing in my life

i am a fucking parody of myself. this is not even all the jellyfish apparel i own. i also have earrings socks a sweatshirt a different tshirt and a bag that i was not wearing that day. it is insane

For songs, I was listening to Still Ill by the Smiths on repeat yesterday. I also have been enjoying Night Terror by Dream Theater a lot. Both of those are beautiful and you should listen-

I would probably fight a grape. it would be good because when you stamp on a grape it goes splat in a way that makes me very happy so when i win the fight i can stamp on the grape
