i’m still here, i swear…! just, doing a lot of lurking lately. and, quietly reading ppls fanfics, and looking at pretty arts… and stuff… c:

i’ve gotten back into writing Transformers stuff lately… and am working on some Thunderbirds things but, not as much, as the Transformers stuff… but ah, like i said, it’s been, a lot of stuff i’m writing for myself 👉👈

i hope ppl don’t think i’ve just disappeared off the face of tumblr-earth… aheh.

also Alan, don't tempt me!! i will gush about my favourites for literal hours xD (can agree with you though, the movies weren't exactly perfect, but man did i love Transformers One !!) anyway xD

i rambled; my apologies >w<

so i've been rewatching (well, half watching, half listening while i write my stories) G1 because all the episodes are currently on YouTube, and i was bored.

youtube has all the episodes in production order. like so;

then i checked the wiki, and we have this little thing going on-

the first two numbers, are your production order number, and season number (16 episodes in season 1; Heavy Metal War is number 14 of 16, for example). the number at the end is the chronological number, meaning what order the episodes should actually be watched in.

now i didn't know this was a thing when i first started watching, so i just went with it. and, as you can see from the youtube list, i just started watching The Ultimate Doom (which is chronologically, episode 11). one of my favourite characters, Skyfire, shows up in this episode, and i was thoroughly confused, because he technically doesn't get introduced until Fire in the Sky (production; 13. chrono; 7). this of course made me very confused x'D

i just didn't realise there was a certain way to watch the episodes, and the shock i was in when i discovered it >w< as of now, i have resumed watching in chronological order, so am no longer confused, and can just worry about my story instead c:

heehee, i did mean Transformers episodes, by the way, not Thunderbirds episodes - sorry to disappoint anyone who thought i had spotted things 😅

G1 is known in the TF community for having a load of continuity errors, whacky repaints, and characters who are supposed to be dead are actually not dead, haha. The episodes i was specifically watching/listening to were from season one; Fire in the Sky through to the three-parter, The Ultimate Doom

i was sat here writing a Thunderbirds fic, while listening to Transformers G1 for some background noise

i tried to post something before but, apparently it didn’t send because our internet’s out 😂 so this is me trying again

i am currently caught in the aftermath of cyclone alfred. thankfully it’s only windy and rainy at the moment, and not a lot worse like i thought it’d be. apparently there are quite a few trees down near us, some on power lines, but none that have taken out our power, just yet *knocks on wood*

if you’re also affected, i hope you’ve stayed safe, and cosy and dry. the weathers pretty spooky atm >w<

and, just, if you’re going through something else at the moment, just, take care of yourself okay? 2025’s had a bit of a wonky start but, that’s okay. we’ve got the whole year ahead of us 💙

free time has come up for me this week since i’ve got a cyclone hurtling towards my area (eep-…) so i’ve distracted myself with a little bit of writing.

“One…”

“I know…” the Thunderbird rumbled, letting out a soft vent of air. She knelt, allowing her pilot to climb onto her hand before moving him to her shoulder. They couldn’t risk anything. She almost hesitantly started to walk toward the forest. “… How do we do this?”

“Treat it like any other situation,” Scott informed, keeping his voice calm. “They, might not be human, but it’s still someone who needs our help… Just, go slow. We don’t know how unpredictable he might be.”

Thunderbird One stopped just before the robot’s form. His head was down; gusts of air leaving his system broken and struggled, like something was obstructing an airway. A bright, blue substance seeped out of a wound between his knee-joint. As if he sensed their presence, he tilted his head up; red orbs regarding them suspiciously.

“You International Rescue?”

“.. Our mystery caller, I assume?” Scott guessed, peering down wearily from his Thunderbird’s shoulder. “Think you failed to mention something when you hailed our emergency line-…”

The robot let out a low chuckle, shifting as he tried to take some of the pain off his injured leg. Thunderbird One went to move forward at his noise of pain, but the hand on the side of her helmet stopped her. Her visored gaze shifted as she waited on her pilot. It was like a silent agreement - this wasn’t a situation they had been in before.

“Figured I wouldn’t get help, if I mentioned I wasn’t ‘human’…”

Skywarp’s servos were rough as he shook Starscream’s frame in an attempt to online their downed wingmate.

“C’mon Star, we gotta go.”

Blue servos reluctantly swatted him away… and Skyfire let out a groan. His helm was pounding, and that had only made it worse… He sat up with a grunt, keeping optics offline as he held a servo to his helm. A gash, leaking a small amount of energon… what?

Red optics widened as Skyfire lifted his helm, wincing at the movement. Skywarp was grinning down at him expectantly; Thundercracker standing ‘guard’ a safe distance away. No… That wasn’t right… The shuttle cycled his optics once more, just to confirm what he was seeing. Where was-…?

“Good, you’re awake. Let’s go, let’s go!” Skywarp was practically hopping in his step as he leaned away, heading forth in the direction the Decepticons had hoarded their energon cubes. Thundercracker stepped forward to haul their trinemate to his pedes and continue after him, but Skyfire acted first and brushed him off, getting up himself with a shake of his wings. He was confused but, he had a vague idea of what had happened. Sort of…

Best not let the Decepticons know that.

“You right, Star? Quite a hit you took there,” the blue jet observed from behind, stalking quietly. Skyfire moved his servo back to the gash on his helm. Oh…

“… ‘M fine…” he said quietly, in hopes he hadn’t been heard.

“Come on, slowpokes!” Skywarp called back to them. It was clear he was itching to get moving again, to be anywhere but on the ground with the Autobots. “We’re gonna get left behind again!”

Why didn’t he run? Why didn’t he run?! There was nothing stopping him from turning on his heel and running back to the Autobots…

except Thundercracker and Skywarp.

so uh hi c: sorry i haven’t like, been around the past couple of days aheh. life sorta went and hit me pretty hard >w< i promise i’ve still been writing, and will soon bless you all with something.

for the moment- i sort of went on a splurge of reading an old AU of mine i wrote years ago - a Transformers one, in case anyone was wondering.

it’s basically a Toy Story plot - the Transformers are plushies (plushieformers) and, only their human knows they’re alive. they go on adventures, get into mischief, those kinds of shenanigans… yeah xD

anyway so the other day, i found the sketches i had done of the characters. and i decided, hey, i really want to colour these… so i did c: (ibis paint x organised them really nicely for me lol xD)

i sort of did them in the style of how their owner would draw them (so try not to look at the details too closely lol xD). i also had a lot of fun using the crayon brush with colouring them hehehe

i like felted/embroidered eyes on plushies c: buttons or pins are freaky xD and, i wanted them to look friendly, since they’re popular with kiddos. i wrote up a whole word document with like their sizes and stuff; will have to see if i can find it. (i have also realised i forgot to fix the side of Starscream’s helm, whoops-)

i did try to make them look plushie-esque but… i think the chibi style helps with that a bit >w< as you can probably gather, i don’t draw robots often, and i kinda cheated with these since i traced their sketches but, even then… yeah… i don’t draw robots xD

these stories are outdated, and, i first wrote them years ago so, don’t mind my mistakes >w< i have rewritten them, sort of, but never uploaded the rewritten versions. i have, also roped myself into writing a ‘x amount of years later’ story where their owner finds them again… heheh x’D
