Ok but like…
… every time I see it the subtleties are sooo 🤌🏼
For a split second he is terrified when mc rolls him. Terrified because it breaks the control he feels he has by beding mc.
Then. THEN his eyes literally light up when mc offers their neck. That moment is something that’s never happened before or if it did he knew he couldn’t have it even if he wanted.
So the combination of the offer and him wanting it(at least in that moment) and being able to take it I feel in that moment breaks his disassociation. It brings him into the moment. And I love it.
