What to do In case you happen to get detained by ICE : outdoors

1.) Know your rights.

They may ask you questions, do not answer and ask to speak to an attorney.

They may take you someplace else, again stay silent and ask for an attorney.

2.) Stay calm.

I know this is scary but they will most likely keep you there for hours.

3.) Don't do anything without an attorney present.

Do NOT sign anything given to you.

What to do if ICE shows up to your house / apartment : indoors

1.) Do not open the door at any costs.

ICE may say they are police and are asking questions, do not open the door.

Instead, ask for a warrant to be slid under the door.

If you are given a warrant, study it closely. It may be fake just to get you to open the door.

2.) Stay silent

You have a constitutional right to stay silent.

Ask to speak to a lawyer first.

What to do if you see ICE and you are a Hispanic American citizen:

1.) Be sure to carry identification anywhere.

Passports, ID, birth certificate.

ICE might still detain you, follow the rights stated above.

It can take hours for them to confirm you are a U.S citizen.

What to do if you see ICE and you are a citizen:

1.) Record.

Do NOT interrupt the arrest being made.

Instead record the interaction and get it spread out.

2.) Spread the word.

If you happen to see ICE, again do NOT interrupt. Spread the location where they were seen out.

I know the U.S is turning into a scary place, all we can do is pray.

a / n : im so sorry . . . ive been super unmotivated , especially with school . but i will try to get the motivation to write more !

The camera clicks , the red dot blinking every few seconds . The video starts playing , it ’ s just ( m / n ) laughing at something , maybe a joke ? There was no context given . The video cut again , blacking out before tuning into another clip .

This time ( m / n ) had a more serious look, well it wasn ’ t totally serious , but more of a tired expression . “ I don ’ t want to work today , ” ( m / n ) whined though it came out more like a groan . It wasn’t obvious who he was directing his words to. The staff behind the camera ? Or the person whose hand was running through his hair ! ?

A “ mhm . . ” was picked up through the microphone before the room went quiet . The only thing accompanied was talking voices in the background that washed out in the end . 

( m / n ) exhaled a soft sigh before turning to lay on his side , hands coming up to let his head rest on them. “ ‘ m soo tired , ” he would mumble , making his sentence a tad exaggerated . “ i wanna go home .. “ was added on . 

The mysterious figure spoke up once again , “ you’re not the only one wishing that . “ Their hand running through ( m / n ) ’ s hair a second time . 

The screen panned out , capturing this unknown figure . Tom Kaulitz, and right as it focused, the camera blacked out. Fin.
