They always sleep like this, nestled to the each other, as to be sure they won't vanish while they're asleep🤍

Aelwen Brendoa is a Beastmaster Ranger with a fey animal familiar called Starlight who changes form but her favourite form is that of a horse. She has the feylost/noble background and has always been drawn to the nature and later the Feywild but never understood why.

Her parents are successful wine producers and the business has been in her family for generations. They have always wanted her to be a good noble girl and marry well but Aelwen has always wanted to be free to explore the world around her, she was constantly getting in trouble for it growing up.

She was part of a group called Hag's Bane and adventured to Prismere before coming back to the Material Plane which led to her being abducted by the mindflayers. Personality wise, she can be headstrong and a little sassy but is mostly quite sweet and wants to help others however she can. She is in a relationship with Astarion and I am currently writing about their adventures in my fic, First Light ❤️

And suddenly, with sharp clarity, he remembered who he was and what he was here to do. He remembered the plan he had to put into motion. He scrambled at the opportunity, the last ditch attempt to charm and lure her away. But he could not do it. He danced with her and he forgot himself, in the movement, in her body, in her glorious, wild laughter. He had never heard anything like it. Is this what birdsong sounded like? So alive, so free. Despite himself, he had smiled and he had laughed along with her. He could not remember the last time he had truly laughed. He had felt a strange warmth in his chest, a glorious sunbeam he had managed to trap in his fingers that he didn't want to let slip away.
