Recently my nutrition though the weekend has been on point. Having 3500 cals as my goals are to gain muscle over the next 12 weeks. By Friday I'm feeling great and seeing gains but weekends however have been my let down. Skipping meals, large gaps between eating and bad choices when I'm hungry. So decided to prep eat on the go food which hit my macros.
