Pre tswri Mary and Laurence! They used to go to highschool together. (Also church?) Both were figuring out themselves and what they wanted to be. Mary was studying ways to cure hbrv even before getting a job at blue crab research. She would be in the schools library for hours. Meanwhile Laurence was in the schools band. They formally met outside of school at Laurence’s family’s restaurant when Mary was helping her aunt make seafood deliveries. Since then, they have been best friends. Until…well when they left for college.

About my webcomic “The Sea We Rot In” :
Mary Johnson, an infectious disease doctor is tasked to cure a mysterious virus known as H.B.R.V (Hellbender reactionary virus) that turns people into sea creatures. Working alongside Jordan Costello as partners at Blue Crab research facility. Together, they must unravel what secrets the facility hides.
