hey did I ever post the best business card I’ve ever been given by a customer?

a woman wanted me to let her know if I had a particular item in storage, and she went to get a card out of her purse and went ‘oh no. I’m out of my work cards, I’m so sorry about this’ and handed me this:

apparently her husband made them for her as a joke but then she just had like 300 of them so they’re her backups when she runs out of her real business cards.

Tuatara (Sphenodon punctatus), family Sphenodontidae, order Rhynchocephalia, endemic to New Zealand

There were once 2 recognized species of Tuatara, but now they are considered to be just one species.

This is not a lizard.

This is the only member of the reptile group Rhynchocephalia that is still around. All other species went extinct millions of years ago.

Tuataras were eradicated by humans and introduced species from the main islands of New Zealand, and now only occur on small islands near the North Island and far north of the South Island. (*There has been some modest success re-introducing them to the main islands.)

This is one of my very favorite animals!!!

Everyone's shouting out the Televoid bit in the latest Brutalfoods (understandably so!) but I've seen very few people talk about the rest of the ep! The 3D models! Sprite-Ian!!

Televoid hype is all well and good but let's appreciate the sheer amount of care that went into the whole thing it was a great episode!

God Twewy’s use of the dual screens is great for many reasons but this moment is SOOO good. Using the screen to show both moments at the same time is ascendant. The adaptations just aren’t the same.
