okay so you’re hungry. but you also have to mitigate not passing the fuck out and smashing your head in the shower, not crashing your car, not having a literal heart attack, not failing out of school or getting fired from your job, not shitting your pants or alternatively getting a bowel blockage, etc etc. you can’t just willpower your way out of destroying your body
maybe i’m just too old to be here but this isn’t a fucking cutesy little experience. starving yourself to death isn’t a fun little hobby like you’re encouraging your mutuals to keep up with practicing their drawing or writing every day. shut the fuck up

It start's small, until day's, weeks, months pass by and it's not enough I need to be "thinner" I'll do it, I'll do better.
Then, I can't stand how I look in the mirror, so I don't eat and again over and over until it becomes my obsession.
I want and I want until I'm left feeling dizzy and nauseous but it's so euphoric until I can't stop

It's okay to fuck up sometimes in exchange for memories made with friends or family.
Tonight my mom and I watched a movie together and, without asking, she got us some tortilla chips and wine. Normally I would feel guilty as hell, but spending time with my family makes me cherish the little moments and understand that making the time for people you love is the top priority.
You can work on yourself more later, but people might go away when you least expect it. Treasure that time with them <3

Almost worked out for an hour and I feel so tired. No one ever talks about the struggle there is to exercise when you have zero energy. Like I can’t even stand or walk properly, i’m terribly dizzy. But hey at least it means it’s working.

@balletdollie i’ll answer you here because i have a problem with comments. “metabolism day” is a day where you eat more than your calorie deficit. That could be maintenance or more, just to not get ur body used to the deficit.
