Over a month later and I still never even posted a WIP. I honestly just keep starting new pieces that never get finished, but I have a couple that I'm about half-way through completing, so, that counts for something right?

I went ahead and fixed up a sideblog that I've been using for posts outside of art. It'll basically be used to post whatever the hell I want to but more-or-less it's just reblogs of various topics, posts I thought were funny, and non-art related life updates.

I've been trying to start daily sketches to get back into the habit of making art daily, but thanks to hand / wrist pain, it's turned into working on one sketch for 2-3 days lol

But that's still better than nothing, so to help keep the momentum going, feel free to send me character recommendations. If I know them, I'll try to draw them sometime 🙂

It's more likely I'll draw them if it's someone from an anime, video game, or horror series since thats what I primarily consume 👌

Help me Save for Top Surgery!

Hello, my name is AJ! 

I don’t post on this account nearly as much as I would like to, but today I’m here with both a life update and to ask for some help from you beautiful people! 

As some of you may know, I’m a disabled transmasc guy from Canada who has been lucky enough to recently start my medical transition. At the moment, I am currently a little over 3 months on testosterone and at my last appointment was able to start the referral process for getting top surgery! 

I have an estimated 16 months to prepare before speaking to the surgeon but due to both mental disability and chronic pain, I'm not able to work to save up for any additional fees!

And while, thankfully, most of the cost will be covered by Medicare; this doesn’t include any additional "cosmetic" fees or the cost of anything that I'd need for post-op care. This leaves me to not only have to come up with about 2k-3k for liposuction to ensure I get the results I want, but also to save up for extra money for the medication, bandages, medical binder, post-op pillows or anything else I’ll need for my recovery! 

All of this must be paid out of pocket and unfortunately, saving up for it won't come easy.

That is why I decided to set up this go-fund-me and set the goal to 4k in hopes that it'll be enough to cover all of these extra fees. In addition to this crowdfund I will also be continuing to put aside any money I can get through art commissions and other means, but if you're able to donate and / or share it would help immensely! 

Please help me reach my goal so that I can get my desired results from this surgery and finally feel comfortable in my body!
