TODAY IS INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY
In these times of crisis that greediness is at any corner, we should solidify our voice and refurbish everyone's human rights that are crumbling day by day.

The road uphill may not be the soft slope, it's okay because when you reach the ridge the view is awe-inspiring; it's worthwhile.
Keep striving !!!

The most important voice that we have to consider is the voice of the voiceless.
"How we can consider their voice if they are silent?"
–Not literally listening to their muted voice but simply understanding their struggle and putting our feet in their position.
Their life was molested, abused, and wrecked by some greedy beast
Don't let the grass grow under your feet for doing nothing.
You have to act!
Be the voice for those forced to be silenced.

Knowledge is a power. If you want to be powerful you have to be knowledgeable. Dont worry knowledge is attainable, you can be powerful. So, PLEASE stop ending the argument by saying "edi ikaw na matalino" — that's bullshit!

Journalist: The Harbinger of Truth and a Human Being
By Romel V. Rodriguez
Anything too much is detrimental.
Freedom is like full permission to live and to do all things whatever we want without limitation and fly like a bird in the sky. But this is contrary to what Pope John Paul II says, according to him “Freedom consists not in doing what we like but having the right to do what we ought”. Just because the Constitution says that we have the freedom does not mean everything we want is right. Sometimes in upholding our freedom we spit the other rights.
Same goes on with Press Freedom. As a journalist, their job is to deliver information and news to the public besides, as human beings, it is their job to respect each other. If someone chooses to remain silent they must accept someone's decision. Just because there is Article III, Sec. 4 Bill of Rights does not mean they have the right to trample on and go break their boundaries and responsibilities, to the point that they crash someone’s reputation and privacy. A journalist’s job is to defend and upholding integrity not spiting someone’s individuality.
Journalists should be responsible for their job, they should know the time when they have to push themselves in seeking information and when is the time to stop because sometimes they do their job for themselves, and they forget that they must serve the public and not doing it for their own sake. Journalists have a big responsibility and that is to be the harbinger of truth. So, as a journalist, they should do their job with honesty and morality.
To all our journalists, please seal in your heart and mind that you are on that path to reinforce the truth and act like a human being at the same time.

Recently, while pooping, the long-run debate about the legalization of abortion came into my mind, and yeah! I am in favour of it, "Your body your choice". But a minute after(not sure) extrajudicial killing also crossed into my mind and I wholeheartedly oppose it, "Only God has the right to take life". Guys, I am confused!!!!
Maituturing bang buhay ang nasa sinapupunan? Deserve naman ng lahat ng second chance di ga? Ginusto n'yo naman yung ginawa n'yo di ga, take the consequence ganun ba yun?
Waahhh!!! Di ko alam!!!!
I’m very much open to hearing your side. Let’s make this space open 🙌🏻

THWARTING THE FEAR!!!
To those who are struggling with trauma, Face your fears! Get-up!! Get-cracking!!!
Here are some ways on how we can outweigh our trauma:
Give yourself time
It takes time - weeks or months - to accept what was happen and to learn to live with it. It's okay to grieve; feel the trauma till it seems normal to you.
Find out what happened
It is better to face the reality of what happened rather than wondering your uncountable "what ifs".
Talk it over
Bit by bit, let yourself think about the trauma and talk about it with others. Don't worry if you cry when you are talking, it's okay and worthwhile. Take things at a pace that you feel comfortable with.
Get into a routine
Even if you don't feel much like eating, try to have regular meals and eat a balanced diet. Do what makes you busy just make sure you are happy doing it.
Be your own hero
Not your family, friends, and even psych can remove your trauma it's your fearless self who can wipe it out.
Above all, keep in touch with GOD, you know what I mean😊
By the way, I'm Rome a survivor of a traumatic incident.

One of the biggest pieces of advice I ever heard during my weakest days was...
"You don't have to be the best for others' sake you have to be the best for your own sake."
That advice gives me the urge to realize that I have to do the best that I can, not to satisfy them but to impress and gladden myself.
