“ ugly ” regression

☆ it’s not talked enough in regression about the hard big angry feelings. It’s not always relaxing and playing

Imagine getting sleepy watching your favorite little space show and your caregiver picks you up and pop a paci in your mouth as they carry you to bed and lay a baba filled with juice or milk next to you in case you get thirsty and ruffles your hair gently while kissing your forehead before saying sweet dreams as you drift asleep hugging your stuffie.
