Okay, so let's talk Lumax.

Honestly all the theories I'm spewing rn are from a one hour call I had with my friend. 😭

I've looked at this scene closely and saw something that interested me: a radio.

Now there are two ways me and my friend thought Lucas could use the radio, and I will explain those ways.

1st way -> They use the radio to put music to try and make Max come to her senses, not necessarily wake up, more like just to gain hope or try to guid her to some place, possibly an exit to the mind space Max is in.

2nd way -> They use the radio the way they used it to communicate with will the first season, to try to connect and interact with her unconcious self.

Someone mentioned that Will and Mike were both wet in this scene, which is strange since no one else seems to be wet. I was talking with my friend and we arrived the this conclusion:

As we all know, Will and Mike have gone through horrible experiences with people going missing because of the supernatural forces of the show. Will being the one who suffered the kidnapping and Mike who suffered the loss.

Now that I think It's pretty clear they're going to kidnap Holly Wheeler, we think they got wet because they both decided to go looking for her (hence the picture of Mike, Will and Holly all riding bikes thrugh hawkins). You might be asking "Okay, but what does this have to do with them being absolutely soaked?". Well me and my friend believe that Mike and Will went through a gate to go to the upside down or some other place to try and find Holly. And if I'm not wrong, those gates have some sort of bubble with liquid in it protecting it. Maybe that's how they go wet.

But it's just a theory... a GAME theory.
