Well I've gotten tattoos from people I've known for a lot less time than we've been talking. I like to think I have a good sense about people, though that could just be the smoke talking.

I think a part of doing stuff like tattoos is being nervous when you start. I've been doing it for a few years now, and I still get a little anxious about the first stroke. I think it shows that you still care about what you're doing.

That's really interesting! If I'm being honest, doing my own tattoos and piercings has always seemed daunting. My hands shake too much because of the nerves. I think I still have a little one on my arm I did back when I first started, and that's all I ever tried. While I can't blame your friend for wanting a shop, if I'm being honest, you seem like a person I'd be willing to trust with an ink machine.
