does anyone have any suggestions for having a more likeable and socially acceptable mask? im a queer AuDHD person with PTSD just trying to survive the social politics that exist anywhere there's people.

I am struggling a lot with the whole not being able to fit in or connect with anyone ever thing as a working adult who wants to not be hated and treated horribly at my job just because im awkward and socially weird. I grew up in a jehovas witness household and was homeless from 17 to 20something so im really behind and have never had any luck with people. im at a complete loss and feeling really really bad about myself. does it ever get better?
