i ate over my cal limit… today was 800 and i ate 1,023… 223 over but im not too upset, i’ll probably try to work it off but it’s not the worst, i ate a meal that’s was good, and i messed up by eating 712 this morning, i pretty much set myself up to fail but it’s not the end of the world, i fvk up a TON but if i dwell on it it’ll be worse, ill just move on and continue on bc it’s not the end of the world
so yeah, it’s not the end of the world, it never is, don’t dwell on it ( ´∀`)ノ~ ♡

okay… so i might be a tad stupid… a lot stupid…
okie so i was doing one of those theme diets and i could’ve sworn it went 500, 600, 700, 800, fast, 500…
IT GOES 500, 600, 450, 750, 800, fast, 550…
so yeah… i did it out of order and got it wrong but luckily i can fix this so i did 700 yesterday and ate 734 so i technically didn’t go over so TODAY im gonna do 450 to fix my little mistake then tomorrow i can just go to 800 and continue like normal

it’s like i’m so used to fasting i physically can’t eat throughout the day (╥_╥) but it’s not that bad bc i only gotta eat like one meal, maybe a cucumber as a snack or something then im good, and it means i can have a kinda high calorie meal (idk why im calling it high calorie it’s like 300 but that’s like half my limit…)
also been playing animal crossing and it’s so fun honestly (^ω^)

what i ate today~486 (20/6)
fasted 26 hours, i kinda ate a lot in a few hours, tomorrow imma eat a little throughout the day, im trying to get better with staying in a specific calorie limit instead of kinda just fasting, eating a ton of unhealthy stuff(not binging but i wanna get more out of the calories, making actual meals that are low calorie that i can eat and still have some left over) then fast again
