For a long time Karina had no name. She was more of a feeling than an actual character but when she became more fleshed out the name just kinda fell into place. I’ve seen it mean pure, chaste, love, things like that I just felt like it suited her very well. Names like Katrine and Katrina are my favorite so naturally Karina just fell into that fold.

Back when Verdansk had come out I had always been drawn to the farmlands. I used to play in the houses around there and I just sorta had this idea about someone living in there. I guess I kinda role played a lady living there during everything going on and what she was probably feeling. Then when Velikan had dropped I instantly fell in love with the skin so for a time I used to pretend Velikan was looking for the lady.

Eventually when the zombie event happened it sorta fell into place that she was a witch, it didn’t make sense, but when zombies in MW3 come out I was like “oh, she’s an Aether witch!”. Long story short she’s my favorite of my oc’s and she has a long history of being my beloved. She might not make sense to cod but I love her all the same. ♡
