OHhhhhh wait, AU where Sirius doesn’t go to Azkaban and DOES get custody of Harry right away, but the first few weeks, Harry is just unconsolable. Wasn’t a colicky or fussy baby, but since his parents’ murder, he asks for them constantly and wails when they don’t come.

every damn year after the fandom gets a new episode i see ao3 users work their way through my fics by leaving dozens of kudos. and don't get me wrong, i am grateful for that!!! but why does no one think it would be a nice idea to leave just 1 (one!) comment on any of those 10+ fics they've just consumed? i've had several people work their way through my 80K series that already didn't get enough love back when i posted it. and i would be over the moon if someone left a little "hey i enjoyed this, thank you!" :(
