ok so quick thing i found really cool about the new weapons in the 10.0 update:

i play Splatoon in French (specifically, Canadian French). i like seeing the translations and seeing how much i can understand of it (most of which i can or at least can make rough approximations of).

the Splattershot Pro FRZ-N (really fun to play, by the way) has an interesting name to me -- Liquéficateur pro GLA-C. what i'm focused on is their translation for FRZ-N (GLA-C).

the French word for frozen is glacé, and the way the letter 'c' is pronounced (similar to English "say") makes GLA-C indeed pronounced like glacé.

i don't know. it's such a small thing, but i enjoyed discovering that ^^

Question - To those who would say they experience emotional numbness or similar, would you describe your experience as the stereotypical "i feel nothing but also misery", or would you describe it like "i feel neutral/i feel emotions but not anything extreme/i dont feel nothing but i dont know what i feel", or something else? im trying to get people to stop claiming im emotionally numb when im not

is there a word for like,, an irl who keeps showing up in your dreams? like dreamself maybe? or dream counterpart?

basically, we have an irl we used to be friends with (mutuals will probably know who i'm talking about) and they keep showing up in our dreams. and since it's been so long that we've seen this irl, the dream version of them feels incredibly real to us, more real than the irl. we're looking for a term to refer to the dream version and NOT the irl to give degree of separation
