Willow is aroace and dresses quite modestly, i didn’t make her look sexy ON PURPOSE but ik theres still gonna be someone that does it to her which is really gonna suck because i love her sm

when i first started to draw digitally i thought i was sooo cool for being able to only draw using only 3 layers, one for sketch, one for line art, and another for color

but NOW i am that artist that uses a bunch of unnecessary layers

my latest one literally has over 30 and i’m not even finished with it

her current design now has been redesigned three times, one when i was a sophomore, then when i was a junior, and then when i was a senior

her first design never screamed Willow to me, so i decided to draw her having locs since how similar they look to a Willow tree, especially since i plan on coloring them green

Here’s some of my work which i’ll be giving descriptions about! the art from my comics will try to be spoiler free though

LONG POST

1. This is my main character of my comic, VYNL. The story begins in 2305, where robotic scientists are finally working on creating their first-ever cyborg after years of planning and development. They had previously found success in crafting several functional robots for service industries. It was at a certain point when a scientist thought: “What if we made our cyborg famous? A national headline?” And what would make headlines then kidnapping a popular pop singer and model. This, is where our story begins.

2. This is a major antagonist for my comic, The World’s Broken Hearth. After our main character, Orazia’s sister goes missing suddenly in the night, it is up to her and her friends to find her. So, they turn to one of the more kinder leaders, Willow, from district two. Willow is quiet, too quiet at times, but kind nonetheless. She’s an enchanting woman who always puts her people’s best interests at heart. However, there is more to her and her district that meets the eye. Questions from those who reside in her district are always the same. Why are so many people going missing? …And why is the meat tasting stranger?

3. Calder !! Just an oc who i’m trying to build lore and a story for who I love deeply. He’s a cowboy on the run with quite a hefty bounty on his head after stealing some precious valuables

4. Haliyah !! Honestly? She was just an excuse to draw a hijabi LMAO, but I still want to make some kind of story with her in it! Only real thing I have is that she’s really into botany and is asexual ^^
