I weighed myself AFTER breakfast on accident today and I’m still down 6.9 pounds! I know I have a very significant amount of weight to loose but was not expecting to loose this much this quickly (about 4 days so far) and I’m super proud of myself. Definitely addicted to the progress.

Weighed myself this morning - down 3 pounds!! I restricted like crazy yesterday and I’m making progress already! Day two has already been very successful- I’m restricting quite a bit because my boyfriend and I are going to dinner tonight and I want to make sure I can eat enough that he doesn’t get suspicious of a relapse!
