Stone update...

"GO" is journey through song. Each kick, each synth, each lyric, each melody, is something that is very near and dear to my heart. As my restlessness to finally release my music comes to a head , my heart knows that there's still a little more artistic growth that I know I must go through before I allow my creations to exist publicly; in all it's glory. There's also two new dedications I'd like to make, which are both of my Grandmothers; Annie-Mariah and Violet. With that being said, I will be releasing "GO" (The Standard and Alternative versions) on May 21. I also want introduce to you a couple of Alternative covers. I'll leave the rest as a surprise, but it won't be long after this release that I will begin the "FEAR" era; and BELIEVE me, it's chock full of creations that I'm ecstatic to share with you all!!

This was a last minute decision to release a single or two before the rollout for my mixtape "FEAR" starts this summer. This song is a mixture of a few ideas I had for a fusion track about 2 years ago. We all have a story, with some good and some bad. I think it's important to recognize the journey taken by those before you, as that's the reason why we all exist today. I almost want to make an alternative cover with my grandmother as her story is as notable as my great grandfather pictured above; which probably will happen. I have a lot of different backgrounds that make me, me; for lack of better words. The process that my predecessors had to take in search of a better life is something that brings me immense pride. Through a musical lens, there's a mixture of Carribean genres such as Dancehall, Bouyon, and Kompa. This, partnered with an Electronic flare, which is where I am musically, is something that I believe is gonna be a great release that I'm ecstatic for the world to hear. As much as I want to delve deeper into the meaning, I would rather let the song speak for itself.
