My favorite part about noticing two distinctive signs from Persephone and wondering if she might be reaching out to me and then being concerned that I would have no place to put anything for her really while keeping her and Aphrodite separate. (Also I just generally don't have anymore room in my designated altar space) While I was pondering this in bed my nose began to bleed (extremely rare occurrence for me) so we're off to figure out which one of them is upset on this rainy morning 🙃

Me last night,

I'd really appreciate a sign, a dream, a vision or anything about the person I'll be in a relationship with. I'd like it to be a long term one so of course I'm willing to wait but I'd love to get a clue about them.

Aphrodite: Are you rushing me?

Me: No... I was just wondering

Aphrodite: 😂 well here's this in the short term

My ex: a love confession at 6 in the morning while I'm just trying to vibe at the gym

Aphrodite: you can have that or wait a-

Me: I'll wait! Thank you so much sign clear as day 100% on the same page as you.

It was her way of telling me to let him go, to move on, he can't play in the background while I look to the future or else no one else can come forward.

I don't know who else needs to hear this, but if you've been thinking about it a lot, it's time, let them go. It'll be okay, something better is out there for you. ♥️

TW: fasting for religious purposes

So, I began a fast dedicated to Lord Hermes the other day, and last night I had a dream that I was at a diner that served my favorite foods. I was so excited in the dream but then realized I was fasting and couldn’t have it. Hermes then comes to the table and sits he smiles and greets me and says the food is for him. We talk for a bit and he eats it all. Dessert comes- it’s a strawberry cake, beautifully frosted with pink and white. Hermes eats most of it, and laughs because at this point I look absolutely pitiful. He wraps up the top to tiers of cake and hands them to me and says, “don’t worry we can share them soon.” He laughs once more and then the dream ends.

Now, a dream like this might sound like absolute torture, but to me it told me 2 things:

1. He appreciated and approved of this act of devotion

2. He’s the god of tricks, but he isn’t cruel, I felt like watching him eat the food was some sort of punishment, but that feeling totally vanished when he gave me the cake. Suddenly I was willing to sit there and talk with him while he ate for as long he’d stay.

Y’all I was trying to do a presentation to my sorority on confidence and Spotify would NOT stop playing. I had to restart my computer and leave the zoom call, and at first I was annoyed but kind of glad because one of the PowerPoints I was on the fence about presenting had vanished. I also realized the playlist that had started and refused to stop was Aphrodite’s, so I feel like She was just over my shoulder saying, “I like your PowerPoint, it’s good enough on its own.” And I- 💗 legit feel like I made such a good impact on my sisters (there were a few tears here and there) and I feel like that was definitely Aphrodite’s presence. Thanks so much to Her.
