High Res alternative logos for the Studio Cacti tumblr page, tweaked to accommodate and promote the short film, Mannequins, on its way!

Mannequins was pitched to the team as a fun summer project back in June 2016, with the highly ambitious goal of finishing over the 2 month summer break. After almost 8 months of working after school hours, we were able to complete most of it, this includes all the backgrounds, all the clean up and about 90% of the colouring and 70% of the compositing.

Hopefully this short will be finished within the two weeks!

MANNEQUINS ✨ our (work in progress) short film, @iamprikle finally finished all the character animation in ONLY one of my shots and got very excited.... no colour correction or mannequins in this shot yet, but you bet there will be when its done!

@k-sletting also finished a shot!!, as is @kriplusdoodle on clean up and colour, @perplexingly has been working super hard on all the backgrounds,, thank you so much to @chuustar, @signetveitan, @kurako and @skifle for their help in production!!!

Some reoocurring crowd character design ideas I spewed up for Mannequins today, as well as a pretty pretty artwork by @perplexingly to show the kinda art direction we wanna go with their colouring and lighting or whatever, so I was using it as a guide! I’m excited for this to move along!

It is still largly work in progress. I’m gonna keep fixing it and working on it, since I got a nice feedback but this is a pdf I’ve prepared for school presentation on thursday for the three weeks of self study we had. :)

Yo, just played DogSim 2016 and got the super secret immortal magic dog and it was great and fantastic and it lived to all my dog-petting expectations (love the art style; the dogs' animations are super cute -specially Momo's- and the entire ambiance, including the music and color palette, was chill af--Wanted to stay in that little garden for the rest of my life). Anyways, congrats on releasing such a dog-petting masterpiece; can't wait to play more of your games--Take care!!
