a/n: i saw the picture of yamaguchi sleeping and i couldn’t help writing this. I started it weeks ago and finished it just know so it may suck. I’m so sorry!

You had just arrived from a little trip with your family, immediately going to see your boyfriend and knowing fully well his parents aren’t home. It might have been too early but you still couldn’t wait. You needed to feel his touch again. Rushing to his house, you could feel the warmth his touch will give you which causes you to smile. As you finally arrived, you used the spare key he gave you to get in. You took your shoes off quietly, not wanting to wake him up. Even though you know a small voice wouldn’t wake him up in a million years. You tiptoed your way upstairs, a smile on your face. You’d missed him so much to the point where you texted him a lot. He reassured you that he didn’t mind it and that he missed you as well. Entering the room, the sight before you was too adorable not to photograph. Your boyfriend was drooling, a pillow replacing your usual spot and drool dripping down his chin as a blanket was lightly draped over him. You just wanted to take that pillow away and slide right in. And so you did. You gently managed to pull it out of his arms, sliding your leg between his and entangling them as you made yourself comfortable. Your fingertip brushed against his cheek, tracing his freckles with a content smile. His sleeping face was one of the most adorable things about him and you feel blessed each time you get to see it since you usually wake up before him. He shifted in his sleep, a smile now spreading on his face as his arms wrapped around you tightly, pressing you against him. Your fingers ran through his hair, enjoying the soft feeling. You brushed his bangs out of the way, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead.

 “Tadashi…?” you whispered, trying to wake him gently. Your hand found his shoulder, shaking it slightly. “I’m home.” He blinked as he stirred, finally waking up. When he opened his eyes and saw you, his eyes immediately lit up and he smiled brightly, hugging you tighter. You moved on top of him, making the latter blush. You pressed light kisses to his face and neck, making sure to kiss everyone single freckle on his perfect face. He laughed, you giggling along with him. “Welcome home.” He whispered, his voice still groggy as he just woke up. You paused for a second, looking him in the eye. “I’m home, handsome.” You repeated, adding a casual compliment. He blushed at this, covering his eyes with his arm. You laughed, leaning down and pressing a firm kiss to his lips. He gladly kissed back, his hand flying up to cup your jaw so he could deepen the kiss. Both of you were breathless when you pulled away. “I see you used the key I gave you.” He sounded happy, just as happy as you were when he gave it to you. “I gotta use it sometime after all.” You simply stated with a teasing tone, making Yamaguchi roll his eyes. He went quiet, his eyes watching you intensely. You felt awkward under his stare, not knowing what to say next. Suddenly, he was the one who spoke up. “I love you, my star.” A blush spread across your cheeks as you smiled, all the happiness pouring out of you. “I love you too, my sun.” You two shared another kiss, before deciding to go out for breakfast, hand in hand with your mutual happiness radiating off of you.
