Uneasy feeling lingers every midnight how do I get rid of my thoughts?

Ever since I've been in love I've felt insecure about every little thing is it just me or is this normal?

Things that fuck my head

1. She visits get exes place because she loves his dog tho her ex moved too different country and he isn't there she still visits his dog and mom which kinda bothered me idk why. We spoke about this but it still pricks my head

2. She is going on a road trip with all her guy friends and she knows only one dude amongst them and idk what to feel about it.

I felt like I haven't been myself or make time for my people ever since I've been with her which kinda makes me feel like I'm losing myself it's like a slow poison. It feels uneasy i do try communicating but it just doesn't feel right i want to be open minded and not be bothered by this.
