Hello there❤🌳 I am praying you are well, healthy and connected. I want to give you an excerpt into who I am. I do not do this much but I am feeling called to, today. I am a woman that is sacred. A being created for a deeply unique mission. I have a heart that feels everything deeply. I have a mind that sees a lot and creates a lot. I have a body that is strong yet sensitive to environments and the energetic presence within that space. I have a soul that is filled with ancient wisdom that has guided me in my life. I have experienced a lot of pain and a lot of love. I alchemised the pain and turned it into love. I see the light within my darkness. I used to run away from my darkness as I did not know what it held. I listened to God and she held me as I swam in the shadows of my heart. In swimming, I saw all that I am and I fell in love. I am growing. I am grateful. I have dreams that excite me. I have gifts that enchant me. I have yet to share my story with the world and the thought excites me and gives me a bit of anxiety, but I am open. I have faith and I have hope in my existence and my God-given vision. I am black. To my sisters,

We do not have to limit ourselves to make others feel comfortable. Be powerful, be confident, be assertive, be creative, be kind, be loving, be brave, be honest and be the intuitive woman you were made by God. Be all that you know you are and are destined to be. You were created beautifully and divinely with a special purpose. Do not let others define you, limit you and water you down to their unhealthy and unrealistic standards. Be all that you want to be. You deserve it. You were not born to please others. It is impossible to always please others. Pleasing others will only serve to dim you and your needs. Do not cater to others at the expense of yourself and your dreams.

Women are not barbie dolls. Women are not just one thing. We are everything and more. We are multi-dimensional and this is a gift we were given by God.

I know the world has tried to oppress our light for millenia however, God is here to protect us and cover us so that we can be all we naturally are for ourselves. We are protected my sisters.

You are safe and protected to be a powerful woman. Allow yourself to be all you are and allow yourself to accept all that you are even if others cannot. It is not your job to mother the world. Your responsibility is to mother yourself.

You do not need to worry. You are not in control and you do not know anything. God does. God is in control. Trust that your spiritual team will lead you to all that is meant for you. They will speak to you through your heart and through signs and synchronicities you see throughout. You just have to learn how to be open to magic and to trust in yourself and in your heart/intuition AKA God and your angels. They know everything and they know what you need and how to get you where you need to be. Start learning how to surrender to faith. Inner work = shadow work

Shadow work is inner work as going within yourself is going into all that is unseen(mind and heart) by the world but felt and seen by you.

Serving yourself does not only fill your cup but it also protects you. When you pour into yourself everyday, you develop a deep sense of self that protects you from other people's vibrations, emotions and karma. When you know your spiritual team and yourself well, and you have a loving and open relationship with yourself and your angels, one stops internalising other people's emotions, reactions, beliefs and situations. You start seeing what is inherently yours and what is not and thus you move accordingly without absorbing. In being in love with you and knowing you, you develop a strong sense of self which helps you naturally protect yourself emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

if you are not and have not been doing the inner-work, you have not been healing my baby. Rather be honest with yourself so that you can actually grow instead of feeding your ego by being delusional and avoiding your self. Unhealthy delusion stops you from growing AKA seeing, accepting and loving yourSELF and your TRUTH. You are the key to your healing. No matter how dark it is to look within, just know that there is always light within the darkness.

The moment I started taking accountability for my actions and decisions was when I saw that I was never powerless. I saw that I have always had control over certain aspects of my life. Aspects like my behaviours, boundaries, emotions, my thoughts, my career, my relations in my personal and professional relationships and my health. Taking accountability helped me see that I have always had choices and the hard part was accepting that sometimes, I had made choices that were not in my best interest. To help myself moving forward I had to stop blaming external factors for my own mistakes, shortcomings or unhealthy choices and see that I have the power to change the things that frustrate me in my life. Getting out of my own way meant analysing how, why and where I was stopping my own growth. No human or situation ever had control over my life and destiny, only I did. I see that now. We will always have the power to transform, heal or leave something that is not working for us. No one is powerless and nothing has the power to control you, you can only give permission for an experience or another to control you.
