For many years I hated my body.
It doesn't matter if I was slim or big.
I hated it. I was at a point where I was litterly destroying it. With alcohol. drugs. Sex you name it. I tried it. I wanted to die.
But the last year have taught me something.
Love is more important than anything else.
It taught me to love my self in a way I never thought possible.
I leaned that people see how you treat your self and they treat you that way to. It's not their fault. They just follow you...
Treat your self with respect. And the respect will come to you.
Be good to your self. Love your body with all your scars. All the stretchmarks. Your odd eye. The colour of your soul. Love it. Embrace it don't be ashamed of who you are.
Start a new chapter in your life. Begin to eat well. Not a lot of fast food. If you want a burger. Make it your self.
Try grilled vegetables if you don't like it raw or boiled. Remember to train all your body. It means also your brain.
And stop compare your self to others. You would never compare Christmas lights and a rose... but both are beautiful and shine with different lights.
